Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fund Accountant role based in Gandhinagar. The Fund Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting and reconciliation of fund transactions, including cash, securities, expenses, and income. The role involves preparing and reviewing net asset value (NAV) calculations, maintaining accurate general ledgers, and ensuring timely and precise financial reporting for assigned funds. The Fund Accountant will assist in preparing financial statements, supporting audits,



and responding to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholders. The position also includes monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, identifying discrepancies, and working with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Fund Accounting and Finance skills. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting. Candidates should possess expertise in NAV calculation and related reconciliations. Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and accounting software, along with solid numerical and analytical abilities. Candidates should possess attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage. Candidates should possess transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
