Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, Ageing Reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and GST audits Monitor store-wise sales, expenses, and inventory accounting Reconcile bank statements, cash, and POS transactions Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely payments Prepare MIS reports, budgeting support, and financial analysis Knowledge of Costing Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Retail accounting and inventory management experience Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Valuable analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
