About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring an experienced Sales / Reservations Executive for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reservations and booking enquiries.
- Manage guest and travel partner communication.
- Support room sales and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
- Maintain reservation records and reports.
- Handle corporate, OTA and direct booking enquiries.
- Support sales activities and guest relationship management.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in Sales or Reservations.
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures.
- Guest-focused and professional approach.
