Fixed Pay: ₹2,000/month + Performance-Based Commission

Earning Potential: ₹30,000–₹50,000+ per month

True Wellness is looking for an experienced, target driven sales professional who can independently generate qualified leads, communicate with potential customers, follow up consistently, and convert leads into paying customers.

Although this is a part-time position, a commitment of 4 hours every day is required. This role is best suited for someone who can consistently dedicate time to lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands sales, lead generation, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing and wants their income to directly reflect their performance.

What You'll Do

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, email, and other channels
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right True Wellness plan
- Handle enquiries and sales conversations professionally
- Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers
- Maintain a record of leads, follow ups and conversions
- Consistently work towards monthly sales targets
- Experiment with different lead generation and conversion strategies

Commission Structure

Your earnings increase with every successful conversion:

- Close a ₹5,000 plan → Earn ₹1,000
- Close a ₹10,000 plan → Earn ₹3,500
- Close a ₹15,000 plan → Earn ₹4,500
- Close a ₹20,000 plan → Earn ₹6,000




- Close a ₹20,000+ plan → Earn ₹8,000 guaranteed
- + ₹2,000 montly fixed salary

The better you perform, the more you earn.

With consistent lead generation and strong conversions, high performing candidates can earn ₹30,000– ₹50,000+ per month through commissions.

Who We're Looking For

- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable making calls and initiating conversations
- Valuable understanding of sales funnels and follow-ups
- Ability to identify serious prospects from general enquiries
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Target-oriented and persistent
- Experience selling health, fitness, wellness, coaching, subscriptions, or service based products is a strong advantage
