Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, income, and business transactions.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist with GST filing and compliance.
- Handle TDS and other statutory accounting requirements when applicable.
- Prepare monthly reports, statements, and basic financial summaries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and auditors when required.




- Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly organized.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹156,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
