Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining property projects, conducting site visits, managing CRM data, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer information, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Track leads from initial inquiry to site visit and final conversion.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and documentation processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Freshers can apply; experience in real estate or sales will be an advantage.
