We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales Team for switchgear, electrical components, and related products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical information, and assisting the Sales Team in offering suitable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and product information to the Sales Team.
- Understand and address technical queries related to switchgear and electrical components.
- Interpret product specifications and explain technical details clearly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to identify and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical specifications, product details, and other documentation as required.




- Support the Sales Team in resolving customer technical queries.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components and basic switchgear products.
- Valuable technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand product specifications and provide clear technical explanations.
- Ability to work closely with the Sales Team and support customer requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
