Job Summary: PQube Business Solutions is looking for a passionate and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have practical implementation and customization experience in D365 modules, integrations, and Power Platform applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 based on business requirements.

Work on Dynamics 365 modules including:

- Sales
- Customer Service
- Basic CRM functionalities
- Develop and customize solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps / Model Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and customization activities.
- Create workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for integrations with third-party applications.
- Assist in developing custom plugins and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation.

Required Skills:

Primary Skills (Mandatory):

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hands-on experience in Power Platform

Technical Skills:

- C#
- .NET Framework / ASP.NET
- Web API / REST API

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 plugin development
- SharePoint integration exposure
- Basic understanding of Azure services
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality code following best practices.
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues.
- Support integrations with external applications and systems.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.

Candidate Profile:

- 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Quick learner with interest in Microsoft ecosystem technologies

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
