Pharmacist – Job Description / Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately as per physician prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, and patient requirements.
- Maintain proper storage, stock, and expiry-date monitoring of medicines.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding medication requirements.
- Monitor controlled drugs and maintain required records.
- Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding medication usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
