About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and client-facing GoHighLevel Expert to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing CRM systems, sales funnels, automations, lead nurturing workflows, and client accounts within GoHighLevel.

This role requires direct communication with clients as well as close collaboration with marketing, sales, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, effective lead management, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts for agency clients.
- Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, websites, and lead capture forms.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, email sequences, SMS campaigns, and lead nurturing systems.
- Configure CRM pipelines and sales processes based on client requirements.
- Set up appointment booking systems, calendars, and automated follow-up campaigns.
- Integrate third-party tools and platforms using Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot automation or integration issues.
- Manage client onboarding and complete technical account setup.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients regarding GoHighLevel-related requirements and issues.
- Conduct client calls, discovery sessions, onboarding meetings, and technical walkthroughs when required.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and automation needs.
- Provide clients with recommendations and solutions to improve their CRM, automation, lead management, and sales processes.
- Explain technical GoHighLevel concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle client questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.




- Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and account management teams to implement client requirements.
- Create reports and dashboards to track lead generation, conversion, and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve client accounts, workflows, automation, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
- Strong knowledge of CRM management, marketing automation, and sales funnels.
- Proven experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Experience building landing pages and websites within GoHighLevel.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and present technical solutions.
- Experience conducting client onboarding, discovery calls, or technical walkthroughs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Agency experience is preferred.

Monday – Friday | 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PST

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
