Scholar's Academy Ahmedabad is seeking an energetic, result-oriented, and passionate Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-impact lectures, simplifying complex concepts, creating quality study materials, and guiding aspirants toward top ranks in JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET-UG.
Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching & Concept Delivery

- Deliver interactive and concept-driven classroom lectures tailored to both JEE (Advanced & Main) and NEET standards.
- Break down challenging mechanics, electrodynamics, optics, and modern physics concepts with clear problem-solving techniques and shortcuts.
- Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and analytical thinking.

2. Content Creation & Test Series Development

- Design and curate standard test papers, daily practice problem sheets (DPPs), quizzes, and modules aligned with the latest NTA/JEE syllabus and patterns.
- Develop detailed solutions, answer keys, and concept notes for students.

3. Doubt Resolution & Academic Mentorship

- Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions both in person and on digital platforms.
- Monitor individual student performance through test analytics, identify learning gaps, and conduct remedial/booster sessions for weak and top-performing batches alike.
- Provide continuous motivation, exam strategy guidance,



and psychological support to manage exam stress.

4. Parent Communication & Institutional Support

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress, attendance, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow department faculty to ensure smooth syllabus pacing and standardized test schedules.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications Category RequirementsEducation

B.Tech / M.Tech (from IITs, NITs, or premier institutions) or M.Sc / Ph.D. in Physics from a recognized university.

Experience 2 to 3+ years of proven teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute preparing students for JEE (Main/Adv) or NEET. (Fresher/Trainee positions: 0–2 years with strong academic credentials).

Track RecordProven track record of producing top rankers in national-level competitive examinations.

Key Competencies & Skills

- Subject Mastery: In-depth understanding of the complete 11th & 12th CBSE/State Board and competitive Physics curriculum.
- Pedagogical Skills: Ability to teach both high-level calculus-based Physics (JEE Advanced) and quick calculation/shortcut-driven Physics (NEET).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (or regional language, if required).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Smart Boards, Pen Tabs, LMS tools, and online test platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
