Position: Telecaller Executive – Motor Insurance
Location: Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 1–6 years

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding motor insurance.
- Explain motor insurance policies, renewals, coverage, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals and documentation.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth policy processing.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in motor insurance telecalling, insurance sales, telesales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
