About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer for our Service Department. This is an in-house technical support role focused on troubleshooting, customer coordination, and remote service support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints, service tickets, and technical queries.
- Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot automation and instrumentation-related issues.
- Coordinate with Field Service Engineers for site visits.
- Follow up with customers until issue resolution and closure.
- Maintain service records, support logs, and technical documentation.

Requirements





- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Technical Support, or Service.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Sensors, Controllers, and Control Panels.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and technical documentation.
- Strong willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
