The ideal candidate should help students develop communication, confidence, leadership, personality, and interpersonal skills through engaging and interactive activities.

Location: Cherukupalli / Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct soft skills and personality development sessions for students.

Improve students' communication, speaking, listening, and presentation skills.

Develop confidence, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Conduct group discussions, debates, role plays, storytelling, and public speaking activities.

Encourage students to participate confidently in school events and competitions.





Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Create engaging and activity-based learning sessions.

Participate in school events, workshops, and academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2+ Years of Teaching or Training Experience Preferred.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Robust presentation and classroom management skills.

Passion for student development and mentoring.
