Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Valuable understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
- Ability to create engaging content ideas and captions.
- Experience with Canva and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,023.89 - ₹45,000.00 per month
