Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Café Manager / ARM to manage the front-of-house operations of our Flax Café in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for café management, barista coordination, floor operations, customer experience, team handling, and maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete front-of-house café operations.
- Manage café service standards, ambience, and guest experience.
- Supervise and support barista operations while ensuring beverage quality standards.
- Act as floor in-charge during operational hours and ensure smooth customer handling.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, training, and discipline.
- Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
- Monitor billing operations, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth order flow and service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Drive team productivity, upselling, and sales performance.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of café operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in café, QSR, or restaurant operations.




- Experience in café management and FOH operations is mandatory.
- Good understanding of barista operations and customer service standards.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from café chains, QSR brands, or premium casual dining preferred.
- Experience handling barista teams and floor operations will be preferred.
