Your work profile

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business, functional, technical, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, track KPIs, manage escalations, and ensure effective governance and stakeholder communication. Resolution.

Key skills required

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.




- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage change requests, project documentation, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful integration across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, QM, and other enterprise applications.
- Oversee resource planning, team performance, and vendor management.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to estimations, solution proposals, and customer presentations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and SAP best practices.

Education

Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
