The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall management of the student hostel, ensuring a secure, disciplined, and supportive residential environment. The Warden plays a key role in student welfare by monitoring daily activities, maintaining discipline, coordinating with mentors and campus departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel students.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and campus policies.
- Supervise student attendance, hostel occupancy, study hours, and daily routines.
- Monitor student movement, leave requests, and entry/exit records.
- Coordinate with mentors, academic staff, and management regarding student welfare and discipline.
- Handle student concerns, resolve hostel-related issues, and report serious matters to the management.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, kitchen, and transportation teams for smooth hostel operations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, disciplinary issues,



and other unexpected situations.
- Communicate with parents regarding student welfare and hostel-related matters when required.
- Support the implementation of campus policies and contribute to a positive residential learning environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining hostel records is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Experience in hostel management, student supervision, residential campus administration, security, or related roles will be preferred.
- Candidates should be responsible, trustworthy, physically fit, and willing to stay on the residential campus if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
