We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our project team for a major CPWD EPC Mode-I project at AIIMS Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day civil execution, measurements, quality control, drawings, subcontractor coordination, planning and billing for the project.

The project involves construction of a specialized institutional laboratory facility with extensive Civil, E&M; and specialized BSL infrastructure. The NIT requires detailed working drawings, structural coordination, BIM coordination, shop drawings and execution only after approval of drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil site execution.
- Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and finishing works.
- Read and coordinate structural, architectural and shop drawings.
- Prepare/check BBS, BOQ, quantities and site measurements.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials, consultants, subcontractors and MEP teams.
- Monitor quality, material consumption, progress and site documentation.




- Coordinate civil works with MEP/BSL services to avoid clashes and rework.
- Maintain DPR, measurement records, inspection requests and other project documentation.

The EPC scope specifically requires detailed/working drawings, structural coordination, BIM coordination and execution based on approved drawings.

Must Have Knowledge

- CPWD / Government construction procedures
- RA Bills, measurements and MB-related documentation
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- RCC, reinforcement and shuttering
- Structural & architectural drawing reading
- BBS and material reconciliation
- AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Basic MEP coordination

Required Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in CPWD / Government / EPC projects preferred
- Strong experience in building construction and site execution
- Prior experience handling measurements, billing and subcontractors
- Candidates with institutional, hospital, laboratory or large-scale building experience preferred.
