SLT Lighting LLP is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable lighting products based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle billing support and basic computer operations.
- Maintain product displays and showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales (Mandatory)




- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
