2. PROJECT ENGINEER – BMS [To be hired from India]

Location: Dubai – 1 Position

Reporting To: BMS Project Manager

Job Purpose

To support and independently manage BMS project engineering and execution activities, including engineering documentation, AutoCAD drawings, material submittals, coordination, programming preparation, project monitoring and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned BMS projects and coordinate activities from engineering through completion.
- Ability to Supervise BMS shop drawings, control schematics and graphics using AutoCAD.
- Review approved HVAC drawings, equipment schedules and BMS points schedules.
- Prepare BMS material submittals and technical documentation.
- Prepare controller I/O schedules, points lists and control panel documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team regarding controller programming requirements.
- Prepare programming documentation and support BMS programmers/commissioning engineers.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical approvals.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs and technical comments.
- Maintain project trackers and monitor engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
- Assist in preparation of testing and commissioning documentation.
- Support project close-out and preparation of as-built drawings.




- Prepare O&M; documentation and final handover documents.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding technical requirements and material availability.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables are completed within project deadlines.
- Prepare offline programming and test the simulation.
- Download all required programs for FCUs Standalone controller & DDC Panels
- Prepare all BMS Graphics and transfer the data to commissioning team.
- Support commissioning Team for programming, Graphics and project closeout documents.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong AutoCAD skills and experience in BMS shop drawing preparation.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS control philosophy.
- Knowledge of DDC controllers, sensors, actuators and control valves.
- Understanding of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP and Modbus communication.
- Knowledge of BMS programming and commissioning is Must
- Solid technical documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.
- Honeywell BMS (Centraline) System Experience is preferred
