About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Specialist to own and grow our Instagram presence (marketing, entertainment, and meme niche). You will design, edit, and publish engaging Reels and graphics while tracking key page analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Editing: Script, edit, and design high-performing Reels and graphics (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
- Trend & Meme Sourcing: Spot viral audio, memes, and industry trends early to create relevant, high-converting content.
- Analytics & Growth: Track Reach, Impressions, Views, and Insights to optimize engagement and growth.
- Community Management: Write catchy captions, research hashtags, and engage with followers.

Requirements





- Active Creator Experience: Must currently own or manage an Instagram page/niche account with a track record of strong views and a solid following.
- Agency Background: 1+ years in a digital marketing or creative agency (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with video editing apps and graphic design tools.
- Metrics Savvy: Clear understanding of Instagram algorithms, reach vs. impressions, and audience insights.
