Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content that communicates our clients' brand messages across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate ideas into professional, engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design: Design high-quality graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website banners, emailers, and digital advertisements.

Branding: Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for various clients, including logo design, color palettes, and typography.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Social Media teams to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

Ad Campaigns: Create visually compelling assets for performance marketing campaigns (Google Display Ads, Meta Ads).

Print Media: Occasionally design brochures, flyers, business cards, and other offline marketing materials.

Editing: Basic photo retouching and manipulation to ensure all visual assets meet professional standards.

Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats to keep our output fresh and contemporary.





Technical Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Knowledge of Canva is a plus.

Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and creative thinking (Social media samples are a must).

Typography & Layout: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, and typography.

Video Skills (Bonus): Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics/reels is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Excellent communication skills to explain creative concepts.

Strong attention to detail and "pixel-perfect" execution.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn current design techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
