Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage GSA to join our hospitality team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow standard operating procedures for food and beverage service.
- Assist with restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; operations as required.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment, crockery, cutlery, and other service items.




- Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, or hotels preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a strong customer-service mindset.
