Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

- Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure smooth production flow and achievement of daily/weekly production targets.

2. Quality Assurance

- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead, guide and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
- Ensure effective team coordination and maintain a positive working environment.

4. Inventory Management

- Monitor raw material and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement and Stores for timely material replenishment and availability.

Qualifications and Skills:





- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role

- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience : Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment (Freshers are welcome with Valuable Knowledge & skills in Mechanical Engineering).
