We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who can take features from development to delivery with minimal supervision and grow into a technical leadership role.

Location & Work Schedule

- Location: Marine Lines East, Mumbai — opposite Kalbadevi Metro Station
- Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter
- Positive understanding of the complete mobile app development lifecycle
- Experience building applications for Android and iOS
- Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Experience with APIs, native integrations, animations, and performance optimisation
- Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and source control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
- Strong team-player mindset with the ability to take technical ownership and lead a team when required

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS
- Build reusable and scalable UI components from Figma designs
- Integrate APIs and native platform capabilities
- Optimise application performance and ensure smooth user experiences
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Write automated and unit tests to maintain product quality
- Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and development workflows
- Maintain transparent technical documentation for projects and features
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve product performance, security, and scalability
- Work closely with product, design, and technical teams to build and launch new features
- Take ownership of projects from development to delivery
