Icon Projects Inspace Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design firm working across India, with an office in Kolkata and projects in Dubai.

### Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a young and creative Architect who enjoys working across design, detailing and execution, and has *hands-on experience with villa projects*.

### What You’ll Bring

* B.Arch degree

* 2–3 years of professional experience

* *Hands-on experience in villa projects is essential*

* Good understanding of architectural planning and space planning

* Solid knowledge of drawings, detailing and construction processes

* Familiarity with building regulations, standards and architectural requirements

* Understanding of materials, finishes and construction details





* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant design software

* Ability to prepare working drawings and coordinate with consultants and the design team

* Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

* Good communication and presentation skills
