E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and keywords.
- Monitor marketplace account health, product visibility and seller performance.
- Ensure product information is accurate and updated across all platforms.

Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily online orders and coordinate timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
- Track inventory, stock availability and SKU-wise sales.
- Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Handle cancellations, returns, replacements and customer claims.

Sales & Marketing

- Monitor online sales and implement strategies to improve sales and conversions.
- Coordinate online promotions, discounts and festive campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
- Support digital marketing activities, SEO and marketplace advertising.

Customer Support

- Handle customer queries, complaints, reviews and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain good customer ratings and seller performance.





Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, inventory and order reports.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales, revenue, returns, cancellations and conversion.
- Analyse marketplace performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel / Google Sheets / ERP.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of product cataloguing and online order processing.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing and marketplace advertising.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / MBA / Digital Marketing or related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales or Marketplace Operations preferred.

Pay: ₹9,791.73 - ₹35,000.00 per month
