Job Description – Factory Supervisor

Position: Factory Supervisor
Location: Kesinga, Odisha
Industry: Cashew Processing

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cashew factory operations and production.
- Manage workers and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor processing, grading, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain production, stock, and material records.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, safety, and minimum wastage.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Maintain basic reports and inventory records in Tally.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in factory/production supervision preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of Tally.
- Experience in cashew/food-processing industry preferred.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Responsible and capable of handling factory workers.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
