Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead with 10–12 years of overall experience and at least 2+ years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, production-grade AI systems and driving AI-led business transformation. This role involves leading AI strategy, architecture, and delivery, mentoring AI and data science teams, and collaborating with engineering and business leaders to deliver high-impact AI-driven platforms and solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- AI/ML Experience: 7+ years in applied AI, ML, or data science.
- Leadership: 2+ years leading AI/ML teams, architecture, or enterprise AI initiatives.
- Programming: 6+ years hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development.
- Frameworks: 5+ years with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- GenAI & LLMs: 3+ years with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or AI agents.
- Deep Learning: 4+ years in NLP, computer vision, or advanced deep learning models.
- Data Engineering: 5+ years handling structured/unstructured data, feature pipelines, and transformations.
- Cloud AI Platforms: 4+ years deploying AI solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- MLOps & Production AI: 3+ years with model lifecycle management, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection.
- Deployment: 4+ years deploying models via APIs, microservices, containers, or cloud-native systems.
- Data Science Fundamentals: 6+ years in statistics, probability,



model evaluation, and optimization.
- AI Governance: 2+ years in explainability, bias mitigation, and governance.

Professional & Interpersonal Skills

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven experience mentoring and leading AI/data teams.
- Effective stakeholder management and decision-influencing skills.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end AI outcomes.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms and large data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Real Estate.
- Knowledge of vector databases and knowledge graphs.
- Exposure to real-time or streaming AI use cases.
- Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven organizations.
- Strategic thinking and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the end-to-end AI strategy, roadmap, and execution across products and platforms.
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable AI architectures and data-driven solutions.




- Oversee the full AI lifecycle: data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals.
- Establish AI best practices, coding standards, MLOps pipelines, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and grow high-performing AI engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists.
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, cost, bias, and reliability in production systems.
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies.
