Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of inspection methods, measuring instruments, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform dimensional and visual inspection of components.
- Inspect parts as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Understand and interpret GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production/supplier teams for corrective actions.
- Support NPD, FAI, and first-piece inspection activities.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection.




- Maintain inspection records and ensure proper traceability.
- Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings and GD&T;.
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and inspection procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, foundry, automotive, or engineering industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
