Job Description – Python Developer (Odoo)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong Odoo experience to develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of backend development along with Odoo frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Build business logic, models, workflows, and integrations using Python and Odoo ORM.
- Create and customize XML views, QWeb templates, and PDF reports.
- Work with PostgreSQL for database operations and optimization.
- Develop integrations using JSON-RPC/XML-RPC APIs.
- Work with JavaScript, OWL, SCSS/CSS for frontend customization.
- Troubleshoot,



debug, and optimize Odoo applications.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in Python/Odoo development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, OOP, Odoo Framework, and Odoo ORM.
- Good experience with PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of OWL, APIs, Git, and Odoo reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
