Responsibilities

* Connecting to the clients/customers, brand and potential target audience thru telephone, WhatsApp and across various social networking platforms.

* Follow-up with clients/customers for the potential orders, new orders and obtain feedback on the product quality and satisfaction.

* Follow-up with clients/customers on the pending payments if any.

* Look for new customers thru google/facebook/instagram/X etc.

* Follow up with customs agent for faster material clearance from India customs on the overseas air and sea shipments.

* Obtain quotation from various service providers as per the company needs as and when required.

* Creating a database in system for the clients and maintaining it regularly.

* Sharing all the key information to the CEO on timely basis.

* Quarterly once visit the Tamil Nadu and Kerela clients with CEO.

* Other works as and when assigned by CEO

Package:





* Food and accommodation provided by the company.

* Probation period is 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- executive assisstant : 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
