We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Officer with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production processes are conducted according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or deviations.
- Coordinate with quality control and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
