Job Description – Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer
Department: Projects / Construction
Location: Naugaon, Alwar
Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Check quality of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Prepare and verify site measurements, quantities and contractor bills.
- Maintain records of material received, issued and consumed at site.
- Monitor manpower, contractors and daily work progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering and concrete work before casting.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.




- Coordinate MEP and other services with civil works.
- Ensure site safety, quality standards and proper housekeeping.
- Conduct final inspection, snagging and handover of completed works.
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites for extended periods whenever required.

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ, quantity estimation and billing.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Ability to independently manage contractors, labour and site activities.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in villas, farmhouses, residential and infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
