Overview
The responsibilities will include operating offshore while being fully embedded into the Artex finance team in every other way. This role involves stepping into the same responsibilities, expectations, and impact as any other team member. They will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insight, drive performance, and shape strategic decisions. They will be a trusted partner to our onsite leadership, providing reliable data, sharp analysis, and forward-looking projections. Your insights will directly influence planning, performance, and business strategy and They will be expected to challenge, collaborate, and lead just like your onshore peers.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop, update, and analyze financial models to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and forecasts, providing insights to management on key financial metrics.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support continuous forecasting efforts.
- Track financial performance by monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management to inform key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Operations) to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide financial analysis and operational data to internal stakeholders, including dashboards and KPIs.
- Participate in operational benchmarking, cost reduction initiatives, and identify areas for performance improvements.
- Act as a finance liaison for designated operating locations within the division, providing insights and support.
- Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Full integration into the Artex finance team, not just in tasks, but in culture and expectations.

About you
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountants
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7-8 years of post – qualification experience in Finance Business
