We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations, lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth inventory and store management.

Qualification & Skills

- MBA/Graduate in Business Management, Retail Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry, with prior experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Strong team management and delegation skills.
- Highly organized with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the complete floor operations and sales team.
- Allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure effective utilization of manpower.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers with queries,



product selection, and requests.
- Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
- Manage and monitor inventory, stock availability, displays, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper merchandising, housekeeping, grooming, and discipline on the floor.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, staff performance, and operational requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all floor activities and operational requirements are completed efficiently.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry with proven experience in team handling and floor/store management.
