Role Description: School Outreach Volunteer

​Role Overview

​The School Outreach Volunteer serves as a vital representative of the GiveWise Educational Foundation at the school level, facilitating seamless coordination with government and partner schools. This role is crucial for ensuring effective school communication, student coordination, feedback collection, and the smooth on-ground execution of GiveWise programs. Acting as a bridge between schools, students, and the internal team, the volunteer ensures all parties stay perfectly aligned and informed.

​Key Responsibilities​1. School Coordination & Representation

- ​On-Site Presence: Visit assigned schools as per the coordination plan to maintain a consistent presence and foster strong institutional relationships.
- ​Brand Ambassadorship: Represent GiveWise Educational Foundation professionally, ensuring the organization's values and goals are communicated effectively.
- ​Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and staff to align on program objectives, structures, and student perks.

​2. Student Interaction & Support

- ​Orientation & Awareness: Support student orientation sessions to introduce them to GiveWise programs and drive engagement.
- ​Guidance: Help students understand program structures, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and fully informed throughout their involvement.
- ​Feedback Collection: Gather basic student queries and initial feedback to relay to the GiveWise team for continuous improvement.

​3. Program Execution Support

- ​Implementation:



Assist in the smooth on-ground implementation of approved programs, ensuring they run according to plan.
- ​Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and logistical arrangements directly with school staff.
- ​Tracking & Compliance: Support attendance tracking and basic reporting for accountability, while ensuring all activities strictly align with school guidelines.

​4. Feedback, Reporting & Communication

- ​Insights Gathering: Collect weekly feedback from students and schools to identify key areas for enhancement.
- ​Operational Reporting: Share on-ground observations, progress, and challenges with the Operations Team to aid strategic planning.
- ​Documentation: Maintain simple, organized records of school visits and interactions to track overall outcomes.

​5. Ethics, Safety & Compliance

- ​Child Safety: Strictly follow all school rules, child safety protocols, and ethical guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful environment.
- ​Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times, upholding the reputation of GiveWise.
- ​Data Privacy: Protect student privacy and confidentiality, ensuring all sensitive data is handled with the utmost care.
