Role Overview:
- Provide basic support for LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with networking and security device (Firewall , routers ,switches, access points, etc).
- Basic knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux server).
- Familiarity with SSL VPN and IPsec VPN.
- Hands on security device like firewall (FortiGate preferred)
- Familiar with virtualization.
- Preferred CCNA certification
