Job Description

We're looking for an Online Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to handle and convert every online enquiry we receive — from IndiaMART, our website, and ads — into a closed sale. This is primarily a sales role: your main job is talking to leads, following up, and closing orders. You'll also coordinate with our external ads/marketing agency to keep enquiries flowing, and manage social media as a secondary responsibility.

What You'll Do

Primary — Lead Handling & Conversion

- Handle all incoming leads (IndiaMART, website, calls, WhatsApp) — respond quickly, share pricing/catalogues/quotations
- Follow up consistently until the customer places an order
- Maintain a daily record of leads, quotations sent, and conversion status
- Manage and keep our IndiaMART/TradeIndia listings updated

Secondary

- Coordinate with our external ads/marketing agency to brief requirements, share inputs,



and track ad performance and lead flow (you don't need to run ads yourself)
- Manage social media accounts (posts, engagement) — a plus, not the core focus

Requirements

- 1–3 years of total work experience
- Prior experience in online sales or lead handling/conversion — preferred
- Strong follow-up discipline and closing ability — this is the core skill for this role
- Positive communication skills — phone, WhatsApp, and written (for quotations/enquiries)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, internet platforms)
- Comfortable coordinating with an external agency (no need to run ads or know digital marketing tools yourself)
- Social media handling experience — a bonus, not mandatory
- Hindi and basic English communication

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (fixed, based on experience) + incentive on sales closed
