We are looking for an experienced technical professional to handle the technical aspects of our Solar EPC and electrical projects, from site assessment through installation and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed solar site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Analyse electricity consumption, connected load, roof area, shading, and other site conditions.
- Design and recommend suitable on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Calculate panel, inverter, structure, cable, protection, and other system requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, installation teams, vendors, and authorities.
- Supervise installation and ensure work is executed according to technical standards.
- Inspect installations and identify technical issues.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable electrical and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of on-grid/hybrid/off-grid systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- *Two-wheeler & Four wheeler* and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
