Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Location: Lajpat Nagar, Near Central Market, Delhi
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of data entry, Excel, website management, order processing, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and product data management.
- Extract, organize, and maintain data for e-commerce operations.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to sales, inventory, orders, and other business activities.
- Upload and update product information, images, prices, and other details on the website.
- Manage dispatch, order processing, and returns.
- Coordinate and track sales-related activities.
- Monitor orders and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.




- Visit product/photo shoots as and when required and assist with e-commerce-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the team in other day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, data entry, or a related role preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and product uploading.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Should be smart, proactive, active, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day e-commerce operations will be preferred.
