Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Sr. IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, network, security systems, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, firewall, VPN, CCTV, hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN, and networking devices.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and related equipment.
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, backups, and basic IT security.
- Coordinate with internet, telecom, CCTV, software, and other IT vendors.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT asset records,



software licenses, AMC records, and documentation.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and regular system backups.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees across departments and project sites.
- Support IT requirements for new offices, projects, and site locations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and network administration.
- Experience in Firewall, VPN, CCTV, LAN/WAN, and IT troubleshooting is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Firewall, VPN, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN.
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Robust vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple IT requirements independently.
