Job Summary

JBS Event Management Group is looking for a young & dynamic event coordinator who is interested to learn & perform in a dynamic environment.

Candidate should have :

1. Good communication skills & industry know how will be preferred over a professional degree

2. Extrovert nature with good convincing attitude

3. Should be tech savvy & be able to work with MS Office tools to make proposals

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Coordinating & executing event setups by closely working with vendors, production team, printing team, etc.

2. Meeting clients to discuss event related requirements, negotiating with vendors & book temporary labor for production.

3.



Relationship management with clients through regular meet & greet.

4. Making event proposals using MS Office tools after getting event requirements.

5. Handling event operations & ensuring smooth flow of event.

Qualifications and Skills

Any graduate with minimum 1 year of work experience working with an event management company or industry association may apply.

MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
