- Collect and prepare blood, urine, and other samples for testing.
- Perform diagnostic tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other areas.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Record test results accurately and maintain patient records.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines.
- Manage inventory of lab reagents and supplies.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to provide test insights

Qualifications:

- B.Sc & M.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biochemistry,(DMLT/BMLT/CMLT).
- Prior experience in a medical lab (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of lab equipment and safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
