Key Responsibilities:

Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Manage shop floor manpower and ensure optimum workforce utilization.
Monitor machine utilization and improve production efficiency.
Maintain process control to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Ensure quality compliance by adhering to company standards and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to achieve production goals.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
experience in Die Casting or Manufacturing Industry
Solid leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Quality Systems is an added advantage
