Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Operations Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with employees and different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related concerns.
- Assist with payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.




- Monitor team productivity, work progress, and operational requirements.
- Maintain operational reports, trackers, SOPs, and documentation.
- Identify workflow gaps and support process improvements.
- Assist management with operational planning and reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, operations, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and business operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
