Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Retail Growth: Market and promote our comprehensive range of products and services across assigned retail sectors.
- On-the-Ground Execution: Travel frequently to retail outlets and distributor locations to monitor sales performance and optimize execution.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales trends and report on market feedback to optimize regional marketing strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Proven track record in retail sales or marketing (experience matching a Senior Executive or Deputy Manager level).
- Communication Skills:



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
- Mobility: High energy and a strong willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred for tracking sales data and reporting performance.
