Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inspection Engineer with experience in Machine Shop and Foundry Inspection and good knowledge of GD&T;. The candidate will be responsible for dimensional inspection and quality verification of components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform inspection of machined and foundry components as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; symbols, tolerances and specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and critical features.
- Inspect raw castings, machined components and finished parts.




- Identify and report dimensional and quality deviations.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for resolving inspection-related issues.
- Ensure components meet customer and internal quality requirements.
- Maintain proper inspection records and calibration status of measuring instruments.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Experience in Machine Shop and Foundry Inspection.
- Knowledge of dimensional measuring instruments.
- Understanding of machining and casting processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic quality documentation and inspection procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
