We are looking for a QA Executive to join our team and ensure the quality and accuracy of our international tour packages, travel bookings, and customer-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and test international tour packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Check flight, hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and activity details for accuracy.
- Identify errors or discrepancies in packages before they are shared with customers.
- Verify booking details, travel dates, passenger information, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Perform regular quality checks on travel quotations and booking processes.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate delivery of international holiday packages.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/testing.
- Experience in the travel domain is preferred.
- Good knowledge of manual testing and QA processes.
- Understanding of booking systems, APIs, and web applications is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Work from Office
Shift Timing: Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Travel Industry Only)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
